North Korea will never have the balls or ability to actually nuke a nation, especially the U.S.
I myself am a Korean-American, and I have relatives in South Korea. So this situation is quite unsettling, yet there's nothing to fear about.
It's all politics and power struggle. This isn't Ghost Recon, and the situation probably isn't going to go awry.
All North Korea wants is a tool that will give them power and defense in a state that is so dependent on its ideology and isolation.
I actually live within the projected range of the ICBM's too, so it's a pretty scary thought, yet I don't fear anything one bit.
