Let's say a mod decides to ban someone for breaking the rules, but that person had just been banned by another mod! Do you mods get pissed that you were beaten to the punch?

I wouldn't think so. The same result is achieved either way, and I don't think the mods get bonus points or anything for bans.

I know but what I'm saying is do the mods get angry that they didn't get to do it. I would be like "Damn, he beat me!" And I'd be a bit annoyed for a split second.

Honestly I thought it just increased the ban for longer, but I honestly wouldn't care either way if I was a mod.
In fact I don't think I would ban anyone unless if they were morons, or bots.

I think he means people who are rebanned. Those who got off a temporary ban and start shit, and those who create new accounts to start shit AFTER they were banned.
