I am confused.. what are these medals on certain flash games? Who puts them there and why are they only on certain games? I don't get it. Serious answer please because I never saw a news post about it.

Do u have an Xbox360? The NG medals are just like the achievments u get from the xbox. Different medals are worth different points. The reason thay are on seperate ganes is because whithar the author of the game decides to create them or not. The points of the medals are actualy real experience points for you'r profile.

They're only on certain games because only a few people have decided to include them, and like someone else said, it may only be available to more well-known developers.

They don't really do anything (yet), they're just there to show people you don't have a life. They're sorta pointless.
