Buttons and sounds question.

Hello Newgrounds,
I am making a game and there is a part where you are in a car and I have this sound of a car horn beeping (loopable). I also have a steering wheel converted to a button. What I want to happen is make it so that when you click and hold the button, the car horn beeps (loops) and when you release or scroll off the button, the sound stops. Any suggestions on what I could do? I can't get it to work.
