i got suspended for throwing a gum wrapper at my teacher, because he called me a crackhead, and normally hes a cool dude joking around with us and whatever, but he wrote me up. and then threatend to press charges on me for battery >:(

I got suspened a few weeks ago for kicking someone in the leg 7 times, and end up breaking one of their fingers. Good job the cops didn't get involved.
You could get away with shit like that at my school, a suspension is a bit harsh, we would get a detention, tops.

were allowed to chew gum in school, and he asks me for a piece every day, and hes one of my favorite teacherss, and i thought he was messing aaround so i was just messing around for like the 2342543th time this year and he wrote me up for the first time:(

My schools gay as fuck, normally things like that would get like 2 days of T.O. which you just sit in a room all day doing nothing but for somreason i got suspended, hha and i decided to fake sick today so i dont have to tell my dad, i dont know what im gonna say the day we go back for spring break!

Press you own Counter-Charge of Slander or Defamation if he does anything. He did call you a Crackhead infront of, what, 20 witnesses? If he thought he was going to get you with battery with a gum wrapper, trust me - Slander will get taken more seriously in this instance.

well if he wants to go to another school afterward that is a good idea. if he does sue them they will always have someone watching him. He won't be able to piss without someone knowing.
