Out-Growing Newgrounds?

As we get older we outgrow things. For me wrestling and dreaming to be a basketball star etc. But i don't think i will ever really outgrow newgrounds. Im learning how to do flash from my dad who does that for a living, i actively been on the forums for 3 now. Do you think you will ever outgrow newgrounds.

Of course newgrounds will have to be moved to the side for sex.

I dunno. Newgrounds doesn't seem like the kind of thing that I would grow out of. It is, after all, Everything by Everyone (everyone including all ages).

I don't know about out-growing Newgrounds, but sex takes priority over pretty much anything. I think that's a bad measure for telling whether you're getting older and wiser for this site.

I've been coming here since 4th grade, and I'm now in my 2nd year of college. I'll only grow out of the forums, when kids start to say "holy crap you're old" 10 years from now.

I've been on the site for a lo---ng time. It's a downer seeing a lot of people disappear. The forums aren't half as interesting as they used to be; especially the Politics Forums. If you want to discuss religion and communism over, and over, and over again; by all means knock yourself out.

I remember when J3nnica and Fomat stopped showing up so much, along with a lot of others; around the time the mods really cracked down.

I still know I can come to the website to catch great flash content. That much hasn't changed. I guess that's why I still drop in now and then.

It's very easy to forget this place. Specially the forums. Having been here on and off for about 7 or so years now, you do realise just how immature a lot of the forum posts are.

I think i will eventually outgrow newgrounds.I'll become to busy,i won't come on all days.and in time newgrounds will just be a little name in my head slowly dissipating into the dark crevasses in my mind slowly becoming nothing more than just...nothingness.

I have outgrown Newgrounds in the past I think, but... I don't think I can ever truly leave you guys. I love the BBS, and I love the flash here... I really do. I don't think I could ever leave this place at all. I'll be here until the day it is gone for good.

Newgrounds appeals to a wide array of age groups, we have a lot of young ones (sadly), and we also have adults. So you'd be more likely to get bored with it or find something else than outgrow it.

I been a frequent visitor of this site since around 01. (Only been a member since early 08.) I mainly go on this site for music and rate, review, and eventually post. I notice a lot of people whether making flash or music that take this site seriously, or at least as serious as one gets on NG, and for those people this place is almost like home for your hobbie or work. For the people that don't post anything on NG, I can understand if those people feel out dated on being here. Newgrounds is not out-growing, but that dosen't mean that people won't out grow it.

I started here when I was twelve. Pretty much, I've grown alot here and learned to be more mature from the users I've met. I doubt I'm going to "out-grow" NG, but I might eventually just stop coming here at some point.

I've already outgrown the place now, and I can see myself never coming back here. It's been a fun 2 years, but quite frankly I'm just tired of this place. I don't understand why some of these older users are still here, because the increase in the userbase is quite annoying. And all it does is bring in more boring kids.

Whenever I do log on to check things out and take a look at the forums, all it does is make me realize how ridiculous some of you people are.

It's always the same, forums are fun and exciting when you're new to them, but when you stick around while you naturally mature through age, you get really sick of the place.

I joined back when I was 13. I get pissed at the immaturity of some of the users here, but I figure I'll stick around for as long as I have time.

Eventually, I will get 'too old' for Newgrounds. Right now, that's not the case.

For now, I am currently taking a little break from it.
