A brief word on snow days.

Ahem, well I yet again do NOT have a snow day. Now, it seems to me, everyone who lives on the coast gets these wonderful little breaks called snowdays. For even the smallest amount of snow. Perhaps 3 inches. Oh wow, three inches!

Here, in the okanagan, however, I must contend with a temp around -19 to -15C. On top of that I must trudge through two feet of snow! Yes, 2 feet of snow.

I will not recieve a snow day, no not for this Canadian. So, on this wonderful day I would just like to say: *stabs you all in the face*

Live with it, were in canada bitch, its -27 out right now. I walk to school every morning, theres around 1 feet of snow on the ground, but the temperature more then compensates. Get some surrel snow boots. Fuck, you are right, those pansy's in california would die at a millimeter but that still doesnt change the fact that your canadian, and bitching about some cold weather. GET A TOOK. Usualy I dont rant like this, but on this occasion.

damn right, ive been to the snow (yes, here you have to actually go up a fucking mountain to actually see the shit) like 2 or 3 times in my life.... we never get snow days, ever.

All you need is a coat, chook, choppers, and swampers. You'll be hooked up. I live in Upper Michigan with Lake Superior on 3 sides of me so we get lake effect snow like a motherfucker. Once it gets to 60 below we start to get cool. At 100 below you're allowed to turn the heat back on and at 150 below we usually play in the snow shorter than usual and at 200 below we complain about chills

IS 6F in Methuen MA right now. its so friggen cold, but i love coldness. Anyways, thats funny. We got less of an inch of snow here and school was cancelled, well thats the joy of being in a tech school.

107... thats how many schools were closed yesterday...
all except ours. ALL OF WEST MICHIGAN WAS CLOSED BUT US! there are 110 schools in west michigan and the three that were in our district were open. like me everyone was bitching about it all day. i think that our superintendant wants to get fired or something.
