Help wanted, Will pay $$$

I am looking for 1 or 2 people (as needed) to help me make a flash based website for my company. This job will pay. A little background first.
I mainly make websites in dreamweaver for my business. I have some experience in flash but I do not have the experience i need to complete this contract.

What I am looking for and what you need to know
-Someone who has good artistic ability.(mainly in flash)
-Someone who can effectively use flash, action script 3.0, and html coding.
-There is a time constraint of about 2-3 months but I can work around you.
-I will pay.

How I will choose
Once you contact me I will send you a .zip file of info and instructions. You will either send me a sample of your best work that most closely applies to what I am looking for or you must create a preloader so I can see your skills and ability.

You're more likely to find help with creation of a Flash website over in the Flash forum, since that's where most of the Flash developers hang out.

Could we see some proof of your company and proof of revenue to pay someone for 2-3 months of work?

I get paid a lot for this sort of stuff and I don't want to spent that amount of time just so you can get a free site.

If you can show us that information i'll consider based on pay.

1. I realized that would be a good idea. So I put up a post In the Flash Forum.

2. Details are discussed after interest is shown and I am contacted. If you haven't noticed some people on newgrounds aren't interested in helping (i.e. "its going to cost you a blow job")
