Greek Salad. But not the proper greek salad (aka Villager Salad) nor the commercialised crap.
Place lettuce, chopped sweet peppers, chopped baby tomatoes chopped mushrooms, diced feta, diced boiled baby potatoes (while still hot, better to dice before boiling), and chopped cucumber into a large mixing bowl, mix, season with Virgin Olive Oil, ground sea salt, and white wine vinegar, and mix again. Then eat straight out of the mixing bowl :P
