My Ipod is tainted

Hi recently every time I try to put some songs onto my ipod this message comes up. Does anyone know how to fix it, I'm not keen on restoring it if that means I lose all my songs because I've gathered a lot of them from friends computers. Anyways much help appreciated!

you know if you do restore it and the songs are on your machine then the songs will be still there

or you could try setting it to manual transferance?

It's already on manual this is what pops up when I drag the songs onto the ipod

try syncing it normally then
