Update

My School year has been over for a little over a month, and all the information i requested about the trips finally came in today.

Since the Ireland trip has grown from about twenty people to about forty, the school has kicked in a little extra cash if we meet the Quota , Meaning we now Travel to Ireland Scotland AND London, stay in each place two days, Then Bumming around England, Ghost seeing in the Tower, and seeing how the Queen is ect. Intill we leave home from London very late at night and get home to Merica, so about seven or eight days if you consider Air plane rides "Super Awesome"

As for the Deutschland...

I recently passed German eins by about Drei points, meaning i did not sign up for German Zwei (Numbers in German clever aren't I?) So meaning that I would have to change one of my electives at the start of September to Deutsch Zwei, and attempt to pass and be eligible for the upcoming trip To Germany, Austria, Italy, ect

Bad News for Germany, The letter I got from my German teacher told me about probably not being able to go in the Summer of 2010, due to Booking problems, lack of interest ect. Instead he proposed trying going in the Winter of 2011, OKTOBERFEST. Meaning i could skip German two for another year and Go in 2011 rather than 2010, Of course that's only a prediction, there probably wont even be a trip to Germany at all. But there might

Once again these trips run about fifteen hundred to two thousand bucks each, so i need to choose carefully considering if they both go in the same year, if they go in different years or one of them is canceled, I will have to make up my mind and take the risk of German two or Go to Ireland no grades required, Or not go to Germany due to a cancellation or The Ireland trip not reaching it's Quota, meaning i cant go to Germany beacuse i did not take a second year. Help!

And for all you Brits out there, how is the Queen anyway?

Ooh, that certainly changes things.

I'd say you should go to Ireland, but still take German 2 (I think). That way, if you spontaneously get a great summer job in 2010 you could save up enough money to go on both trips. But if you just can't pull all the money together, or you find out that Germany isn't possible, you still got to go to Ireland, right?

I don't know where all these people are getting their information from. The drinking age in Ireland is, and has always been. EIGHTEEN.

Yes so long as the Ireland trip Quota is met, the letter said forty three people were interested, so that means about a month before the trip we need atleast sixty people if the school is gonna kick in some funds, were still about six months away though, the trip was planned for January but can be changed.

I'd say Germany because it has a bunch of awesome historical places and a more beautiful country than Ireland.
