Many congratulations to you and your wife!! As a surviving father of two my advice to you would be to invest in some wax sound proof ear plugs and dont try and be a "new man". Be like all the men of previous generations and dont change nappies or get involved more than you have to!!!! ( Its more than worth it if youre good at ignoring a little bit of nagging like me)!!
