Where I'm from everyone has AIM. Still quite a lot of people have MSN too, but more people have AIM then they do MSN. It's almost like MSN is what the children use in my area and the older people use AIM. Oh well, I'm an AIM guy and I always will be.
If I get extremely bored and have nothing to do at all, which only happens once a year I might go on and see if someone wants to play checkers or something like that on MSN, but that's the only thing that I like from it at all.
I used Yahoo! Messenger alot, but as I only had 3 friends on there I switched to AIM recently, as most users and most of my family have AIM.

I used AIM for a while, but stopped when no one talked to me ever. That means you NG people, since you guys were the only people that I had added. Way to make me feel bad you meanies.

Apparently you have to actually add the person and send them an IM so they know you have their name. Just tell them who you are and they'll add you most of the time.

I use AIM, tried MSN once didn't care for it much.

I mostly use MSN, but I still use AIM for anyone who doesn't have MSN or if MSN's down for any reason.

I hardly use AIM or MSN at all anymore, but I have both.
Yeah, a lot of people still use it. I for one use it every day. :3

Facebook feels like the new thing to me. When I log on aim, the people I need to talk to about something are not there most of the time. Just feels easier writing them a message on FB or finding them in the browser-chat there
That reminds me that I haven't been using AIM for months.

I've used AIM for years now and still do. I use MSN as well but I like AIM a lot more.
I used to like MSNM when it still was light, 3-5mb program. These days it's around 15mb I think? Anyway, it's all heavy and has those stupid shake gadgets and smileys etc.
