Yeah, that was a bit awkward... Got my girlfriend in the mood, though. :o

I mean was that really needed? One of my friends said "Whoa... Superhero porn"

I haven't seen the movie yet, but I did read the graphic novel a little while ago. I thought that the graphic novel was great, so my expectations for the movie are fairly high. I just hope I don't become disappointed by it, I really want to like this movie.

I just started reading the graphic novel yesterday and I am really enjoying it. The Dr. Manhattan background chapter is amazing. I am looking forward to finishing the novel, then watching the DVD.

I saw the movie first and then read the book. While I liked the book a bit better, the movie was amazing! It's a very faithful adaptation(and more scenes will be added when we get the director's cut).So what if Snyder decided to make it have more violence and profanity? The themes of the novel would get an R-rating, might as well just put that stuff there as well.

The day a movie derived from a book is good, is the day I will run naked in the streets yelling "TIERS R 4 QUEERS". Don't ask me why Im gonna say that, it'll be fun though.

i saw the movie and it sucked. Only good parts where the ones involving Rorschach. And does anyone else see the resemblance between Rasputin and Alan Moore? (Reincarnation...)

And now I'm PISSED!

So many inaccuracies.. I could accept that those inaccuracies were purposefully done to give the movie a distinctive feel than the book. But all they're really doing is make the movie seem more gory and hardcore so it could appeal better to teenagers (who should be watching this movie in the first place, mind you).

Why did Zack Snyder not choose to make things subtle? No one angry or frustrated ever said "fuck" in the novel, and it worked perfectly. All those over-blown action scenes are stupid. Rorschach DID NOT FUCKING STAB A GUY REPEATEDLY IN THE FOREHEAD. He also ruined the ending, but I won't spoil it to anyone.

but the whole movie was purposly focusing on the different aspects of the book like where the book would focus on the tv n what the tv says the movie focuses on sex its the lil things like that that broaden the understanding of the story however i agree the book was better
