I Suddenly Suck At Everything

Just a few days ago, I'm suddenly way worse at video games, not as good at climbing, and I'm really just doing everything worse. I have no idea why, though. I've gotten a little sick over the past few days, but I don't see how this would effect my reflexes or anything, and I've also taken on a little depression.

It's not about reflexes, it's about concentration. If you can't concentrate as well (whether due to sinuses, flu, whatever), everything will be harder to do. Don't fret it, relax and get better.

Your mind is being distracted on something. Did you have anything that could result in stress?

relationship issues, grades, friend moving away, ect.?

I can hazard a (dubious) guess: bio-rhythms.

These things are just the scientific way of saying "off-days", but they do happen nonetheless. Long story short, sometimes you're just not working as quickly as you were a few days ago. There's no real explanation to it, nor is there a cure. Just rest and it'll probably go away on its own.

The fact that you actually think you "suck" at everything doesn't help. Don't dwell on it and carry on as normal. We all have shit days, though if you still feel the same in like a week see a doctor or something. You'll be told you're ill or suffering from depression/stress; you haven't just suddenly become worse at stuff for no reason...
