You mean how to view it? Just go to the top of the page and click on your profile link. Your profile shows what medals you've earned.

If you need medals, play Portal Defenders, Thing Thing Arena 3, Alkie Kong 2, or F.E.A.R. Unlimited Arena 2.

By the way, medals are like achievements, they're for bragging rights.
