Look, I know it's just the shareware version (i.e. only the first episode, no 2nd or 3rd ones) on NG, plus it's hard to play with the default controls (I switched 'em back to how I used to Doom back in the 90s), but...

Oh yes, it's easy to get bored of Doom, mostly because I get motion sick if I play it any longer than 5 minutes. -.-

Back to Resistance: It has pretty good graphics and I don't get motion sick even if I play it for 2 hours straight.

Back on topic: I would like to try and get more medals on Drop the bomb until a new medal game comes out. But I have to study for examns again, so not much time to waste on medal games. :(
And I think I only have medals to gain that are purely based on luck and those are no fun. :/

It's not Doom's fault that many of the knockoffs are boring sequels. And the ones I mentioned, the three main FPSes to follow Doom, are all great games, so... they don't resemble that comment, at least. #;-}>

Yes, but it takes a lot longer than it takes on Doom. So I guess the shittier the graphics the quicker I get motion sick (and only on FPS).

Quake 1: Hm... about half an hour
Quake 2: About one hour
Quake 3: Don't know, maybe 2 hours
Resistance: Didn't get motion sick.

I have no problem sitting with my back in the direction of motion on a bus or train, so... your susceptibility to that might indeed be linked to your issues in Doom and some other FPSes. Which others make you feel that way, though?

Well then, there's a super long list of PC FPSes that should work fine with you, including the great Half-Life and especially Half-Life 2.

For those commenting on how the list says otherwise about your points, yeah, I'm kind of relying on the NG Log most of the time, and the only thing I assume is "Oh good, they actually logged their stats, so I don't have to worry too much about them".

I'll fix it up later today to satisfy whatever it is you're telling me about.

I'm surprised I'm still on the list considering I'm not really giving it my all anymore, Thats cool that I haven't fallen off since Day one of this thing.

I hate to say it but I would log their stats, --possibly--, just to be an ass. Kinda depends though, so I'm not sure if I would actually do that were I a Keeper of Said List.
