I don't get why keeping silent makes a difference or not. Regardless of weather or not they stopped nuclear threat and are now united, small gangs and anarchists wanting to fuck up that peace are still going to exist. Like, cool you killed a bunch of people to make Russia shut the fuck up and be like "oh fuck tentacles lets not bomb them." but what about the reason that the Minutemen started, to stop crimes, not to stop wars. And you didn't stop crime, you stopped possible nuclear threat.
So either way, we're still fucked.

I dropped out in the third grade, and spent all my time at the arcade.
