Lmao. Meh, the guys at the post office in my town are fucking shysters. A few weeks ago, I needed to mail out a DVD for a festival, and they said that normal shipment may take 7 to 14 days (bullshit, right) but I needed to make sure it was there within 8 to meet the duedate. Then that changed EVERYTHING, originally, it was going to take $2.30 to ship it, but after saying that, they're like "Oh, then it will cost you $48.95". I argued with them for about 20 minutes then stormed out. I went to the post office in the next town over. I told them the situation, they just shrugged it off, and shipped it for $2.75. It ended up getting to Canada two days earlier.

I actually ironically lucked out. This guy I met through my friends wednesday night, who lives near my house, works at the post office and was working when I went to mail mine in.

It'll hopefully be out mid-autumn. we'll see.
As for the shirt, i may make something. The thing is that i want one standard sbt shirt, printing a new one every year is starting to get pricy and not worthwhile, i think just having a shirt design with no year on it would be best.

been getting a number of reasons (excuses) of people either running late or in danger of not running at all. I understand theres vacation and all that. SO considering i wasnt working on this until after comic con anyway, if you want to just take the month of july to mail shit over then do so.
If that means having to buy a sheet of watercolor paper and trimming it to 5x8 inches then do so.
I dont care if your mother threw it away or it burned in a fire, you should be able to make yourself a new sheet.

I'd make it my priority to work it out, if you somehow fail to return a sheet. You wont be welcome to participate in any future sketchbook tours. Im not going to waste my time and money on people who arent really going to participate. Nobody forces you guys to be part of the project, you chose to be part of it.

just looked over the new pages if anything had come up, and since the deadline has some what come to a close, id like to push my luck by asking if it was still possible to get my picture mailed back. my username is pvt-blasto, and i actually sent my picture with a coupon for free shipping back, it cost me money but i did that knowing it might not come back...

right update on my half... today i have sent my otherhalf to get the picture posted at the post office on her way to work... so it should be there in 3 to 5 days hopefully :3 (thats from england)... the orginal piece i had i screwed up completely beacuse i didnt like it half way through so i went out and got myself some new paper that was very close... cut it to size and re did it :P and sent it out in the nick of time... and me and a few others had less time to work on it (beacuse it was mailed to us last)... so anyone saying the failed to finish and send it off blatenly didnt make time for it... so mine should be somewhere in the mail system right now!...

i also took a few pictures of it if you require it sooner :3...

I know the deadline was today but id rather get the entries rather than have em on exactly the day i wanted it. So just make it your goal to mail it out in july and youll be just fine.

Yep. I was bummed out for a while there, since I didn't know about the new deadline. Luckily, Luis cleared it up for me and I was able to breathe a sigh of relief.

Now to smack inspiration around 'till it gets me the results I want.
