Yes, you can send them till the end of the month. But it MUST be sent by the end of the month.
Whether it arrives by the end of the month makes no difference if you did, infact, post it in the deadline.

I was cleaning out my closet and I found the envelope containing my piece of paper in it. I had chucked it in there to do at a later date, as I got it in the middle of exams, and I forgot about it.

Being the reasonable guy I am, I didn't decide to abandon the project, so I drew up a picture, and now it's in the post.

It'll probably arrive a bit after June 29, or whenever the deadline was, but I'm sure, being the nice guy you are, you won't mind.

as long as it's the addy provided in the original form and the right postage. the postage and envelope size increase the more bracing materials they put in to keep it from crinkling, and more likely, the lavish gifts and burnt offerings they pack in for Luis.
