Back in the old days(and I mean the real old days), this site got some pretty bad looks from the mainstream media. It was a real shame. People thought that this site bred school shooters with games like Pico and Assassin, when in reality, it was far from that. Assassin was just a good old form of stress relief, and Pico's School, is what I consider to today, the pinnacle of Flash 5 design with an insightful message on the Columbine incident. The good thing though, is that original outlook on NG has died down since milestones like Alien Hominid and Castle Crashers. The site is meant for authors to create animation, games, and music that are simply groundbreaking. I'm happy that in the end, this disaster was thwarted by someones within our rank & files. It shows that although this site has had its bad apples, there are some good, and mature apples out there who care about the well being of others.
On sirtom93, I read on the page that he might of not intended to actually burn down his school despite his purchase of petrol & stuff. Even so, then he is still a moron. You can't joke about things like that, especially not in this day and age. Threats today are a one way ticket to court.
