Well it doesn't hurt to post there.
For better results, I would suggest asking voice actors by PM. You'd definitely get more help asking voice actors personally rather than them coming to the AF.
If you want, I can provide you a list of VAs. I've got a couple of friends who'd be willing to help.

I've turned down quite a few producers for disorganization and project material because what's the point of wasting time voice acting for something when you know it's going to completely fail.
Please put effort into your contacting voice actors, respect is very important.

It's going to be submitted to a collaboration video with a lot of good artists. It's about a bunch of old cartoons coming together for a reunion. The theme will be "where are they now"-esque. They will be in a high school auditorium much like a high school reunion.

There is a HIGH SCHOOL BUILDING with a BANNER over the front saying "OLD CARTOON REUINION". PAN in and transition to a LEFT TO RIGHT PAN of many OLD, CANCELLED cartoon characters. Finally, we STOP THE PAN on two characters. REN and STIMPY.
Ren: (angry)Steempy... (calm)listen... (sympathetic) You're an eediot! (angry) AND WHUT DE FUCK MAKES YOU THINK I'D ENJOY BEING HERE!? (frantic) THESE PEEPLE are all (hesitant) COMPLETELY (slight pause) LAAAAAME!!! (angry yelling)
Stimpy: Aw hush Ren! (adorably) I did not mean to make you upset. (dumb) I thought it might wuld be fun to go to dis reuinion thing. HAW HAW. DURRRRRRR
Ren: I've had it UP TO HEEEERRRREEEE!! (smacks chin) WITH YOUR -- SHHHIIIIIT.
(REN SLAPS STIMPY REPEATEDLY) this will be funnier with animation. I will need some painful smacking sounds I can probably record those on my own but I definitely need some "doof" sounds from stimpy.

I don't know why Ninjakoopa said it was ok to leave this thread, since it isn't. I'm not trying to bash or anything, but this is *exactly* the reason why the voice actors wanted thread was made in the first place. But whatever, just keep that in mind for future searches. :-)
Now, you only have 3 days left. Finish the project first and then kindly ask voice actors in a respectful way to help you out. They shouldn't come to you - YOU are in need of THEIR services. If they need to, you'll be able to show them the finished work. That seems more professional. ;p
