First off, the reason I have that title is because I've been having a lot of questions about flash lately and it's pretty stupid having to make a whole new thread for each question, so I'll just post them here. Well, since I'm a begginer, I often use tutorials for help. But when words and pictures aren't enough, and the .fla file is available, it would be nice to be able to download the file, dissect it, and see what I've been doing wrong. But here's the problem: Whenever I download said files, and try to open them, I always get "unexpected file format." This always happens, and makes it very difficult to achieve what I'm trying to learn. So how can I fix the problem of "unexpected file format"? I'm not sure if it makes a huge difference, but I'm using Flash MX.
