Does anyone know of any good graphic novels I could read? I read watchmen, and it was good. But no superman batman stuff.

What.

Like the person above, I'd suggest 300.

Guess what?

Once, there was a Star Wars graphic novel in the trash bin at my library. I felt kind of sorry for it, so I chacked it out and read it. The next day, instead of returning it, I placed back in the same trash bin.

They never charged me for it.

I'd recommend V for Vendetta, but only if you enjoy graphic novels that focus heavily on the plotline and character development.

Preacher - Really great comic series that has several graphic novel forms. Very adult themes and dark humour, DOGMA style vibe, heaven and hell type of story.

Hellboy - There's 8 Hellboy trade paperbacks, of which I've read a few and if you've enjoyed the films then these are much better. Very stylish design, lighter-hearted than Preacher but darker than the films. Good read.

The Goon - Not read these, just know my brother has, but I've looked through them a bit and they seem good. There's 5 trade paperbacks. Story revolves The Goon and his sidekick Franky as they go out debt-collecting and deadbeat beating often with paranormal consequences.

The Boys - Dark comic series based around a government group of 5 people whose job it is to intimidate, spy on and keep in check the Super Heroes of this fictional world. There's so far 3 trade paperbacks of the series which is currently ongoing, this has been one my favourite ones to read and once again contains pretty dark humour and graphic scenes.

I'm not an expert on graphic novels or comics, these are just some of the ones I've read or seen through my brother who has a pretty large collection of them.

Any good graphic novels?

No Batman? I know quite a number of Batman graphic novels that you'd probably enjoy if you liked Watchmen, unless of course you've read them.

Also, read V for Vendetta, Alan Moore is a god.

Sin City, for one.

Wanted, the original, because it was so much better than the movie.

V for Vendetta, because it was a lot more complex than the movie.

Off the top of my head.

Well it's probably loosely historically based on Greek homosexual porn or something.

It would be too easy to say "Watchmen" but I'm going to say it anyway.
