Definetly. His voice, his style of animation, a blatant rip off of his older material, it cant not be him. Strange how mainstream he's become since early 2000s, weebl+ bob have been screened on MTV2 aswell :P

lol, i just saw this on c4 like 2 mins ago. It is done by weebl. if you notice its actually to the tune of magical trevor, i guess he didn't want to rewrite the song for them. Also i remember the tv show, i think it was called totally viral or something? He did most of the voiceovers and animations for it.
