There are so many people that you learn about in history, the media, and even Newgrounds, which is why I've been wondering, if you could meet/interview any one person, from any time, and any place, who would it be and why?

You mean this man? How does he fascinate you, and what could you learn from him?

Also, Piss, I am terribly sorry about your mother.

Yeah, I don't know, that's the reason i want to meet him, he's so mysterious, and the music he makes is brilliant.

Any time, any place... I'd pick at random, doesn't matter who or from where, as long as we have a means of communication I can learn anything from almost anyone. Wouldn't have to even ask any questions. I'd learn more from understanding there perspective than anything else.

I can see that in his userpage, but I'm not sure how you would benefit most from it, as opposed to the other choices out there. Oh well, if you do randomly encounter him on the street, then think of this thread :P

As far as history goes, I'd love to meet the Wright Brothers. Or possibly Galileo. Both interesting possibilities.

I considered that but I don't think there is anything I can learn from him that I either don't already know, or that I'd want to know.

All I would want to do is exchange energies. I've found my philosophical balance but I'm still advancing my spiritual.

Or Ian Watkins, whichever would be cooler.

I see... How do you intend on keeping that balance? you know, when everything is subject to change... nothing is stable, views change and ones spirit changes. It's not a matter of balance as it is a matter of flexability.

Buddhists don't hold beliefs of any kind, they simply except that which is true. To hold beliefs is to impress ones will upon that which he cannot even fathom.

Than I guess I'm buddhist, but I always thought of myself as an apathetist... I don't know what the world is and I don't care, I'm not going to pretend to undrerstand life or death or things I can't understand. That's why I have no interest in speaking with a famous philosopher or religious figure. They can ask questions and explore spirituality... that's not my place.

And who's to say that these people even have any answers that anyone else doesn't already have. What makes these people a better source than anyone else for information... why are they more important just becuase they're in the text books?

I too am an apatheist.
