Where the hell can you find 360 skins like for the front of it or the whole xbox because if you go on goole images and type fallout skin or something they look sweet. Does anyone know where i could get a gears of war 2 or fallout 3 skin?

The skins are only available as bundles for certain games, such as Gears of War 2.
