My Crush is Schizophrenic

Okay, long story short; my crush from school just told me minutes ago online that she's got a second personality who wants to destroy humanity and every living being on this world other than me.

She told me about an ex bf who doesn't really exist and how she loves being schizo and a misantrophist. She even asked me if I wanted to come live with her and her family, I'm not sure if it's an act or not but pretty sure it isn't.

She hides her madness well for the outside world, then again, she's my crush so I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be creeped out or be happy with this relationship development.

What now ?

Schizophrenia, quite simply, is hearing voices. of course its hand in hand with paranoia - but definatly not having more than one personality.

She's been told before to get help, her mom died recently... Mine will soon, I know about her past and it's fucked up. And.. I know she spends a whole lot of time isolated at home listening to creepy music, I even asked her if her second personality would want to kill me (in a joking way). She said "everyone, except you".

I've only been non-sarcastically asked out by girls a handful of times in my life, and one of the ones that stood out was when I was waiting for the bus to take me to work and a girl who was clearly batshit insane approached me. She greeted me by saying "I'm looking for a boyfriend, are you looking for a girlfriend!?" and then swayed her hips into my arse.

She insisted on sitting next to me for the entire bus journey and she spent the whole time complaining about her current boyfriend and talking about how she thought that the bus driver had been smoking grass, even though there was no reason for her to think this besides the fact that she was nuts.

I'm not doubting the girl has some issues, from what you say,
but I am saying that what she has is certainly not Schizophrenia.

Most people who say they have multiple personalities don't they lie for attention and/ or not wanting to accept things so they hide behind this false person. You can tell if someone does or doesn't quite easily being next to them. Can't explain it but its obvious really.

Schizophrenia is characterized by delusions, hallucinations, and a few other things.

This is why Schizophrenics will always think, "I'm God" or "I'm _________".
The hallucinations can be auditory or visual. The oh-so-typical "voices" and delusions that "They're all out to get me".

You can't diagnose yourself with schizophrenia just because you heard something behind you and nothing was there or you woke up thinking you were in a different spot.
