Global TV is a Canadian tv station--I don't think Sky carries it. :P

I'm going to try and see if my dad can record it on DVR and get it on a DVD so I can upload it here. :)

It's safe to assume that he was. He threatened to burn down a place and then showed up to that school with gasoline and matches. That is a pretty clear cut case for intent if you ask me.

However, I think it is okay to laugh about it. Then again, I make jokes about tragedies all the time.
