OK so I searched through all the sitesstickied, and searched through the forums, and I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I need some dragonball z / anime type "attack charging" sounds. a good example is like when they're about to do a big attack and there's that "fast fluttering laser" sound. It's kind of hard to explain, but there it is.
Can anyone help by pointing me in the right direction please?
