For me I just start out with a huge yawn on my face and then followed by my grandma coming into my room to see if I got out of bed yet, sometimes I just want to stay in bed.
Then I proceed to the kitchen, sometimes I eat cereal but first I look in the fridge to see if there is any leftovers from the day before (no use letting it go to waste if no one else wants it) and then I fix a bowl of rice that I cook up from the night before and eat that after. It helps to keep you full for maybe 4 hours into the school day and then after I get of welding I head up to my homeroom teacher's room instead and eat my lunch there instead of at 3rd lunch.
Aside from that I usually eat any of these in the morning..
-Cap'n Crunch Peanut Butter
-English Muffin
-Bagel
-Bowl of rice
That's about it really
