I look for Fairtrade, because that way I know where the coffee has come from. They always tell you, and that way we are able to make various distinctions between what can be considered to be better in terms of region.
I must admit, I don't look out for Fairtrade for the sake of the 3rd World Countries. Perhaps I'm not the most considerate person in the world, but I applaud Fairtrade in there efforts to help create a fairer market for the people who have worked hard to help create it. Fairtrade brands have a noticeably richer flavour - if not more expensive.
I ordered this. I now plan to put it to use in 'The Peoples Coffee Club'.
Judgementally we can then hopefully instigate some debate. Spice things up abit, and come to some ground terms; for example what we can agree is the most Seriously Uncool, and Sub Zero, big time Café Monopoly.
