so.... i want to make really good games/movies but when i make em at the end they are like 15.3 MB
wen there isnt a lot of stuff
so can someone please tell meh how to compress the swf. file??

well if you use objects repetitively, change them into graphics or movie clips.
also change your sound quality. settings > audio stream > set > 32kbs or up >back to settings > override sound settings

Usual things that bump up swf size are huge bitmaps (crop them externally), and audio (crop externally/adjust export settings from File>Publish Settings>Flash Tab>Audio Stream/Event
