I don't think that SirTom has a place among the others. He didn't actually DO anything. He only threatened to do something. Odds are pretty strong that he would have opted out last minute. It's not easy for an average guy to initiate violence on that level. The only poor decision I can really say that he made was to post his plan on the internet.

Is it official that he will do any time? I believe he is a minor, so he'll probably get a slap on the wrist. But considering how seriously they take school violence now he might be made an example.
