Luis is almost level 3, we know him as a highly experienced guy with flash but has a level 2 lollipop.
It is fun to have the lollipop but what will happen when the lollipop goes?

He most-likely deposited by accident, and in result he gained 10 exp :/. Because he has been level 2 forever it's become his little trademark almost, if he accidentally levels up I'm sure wade would put his level back to 2.

I think that it is where NG Log accesses newgrounds.com to retrieve the stats.
Casualty programmed NG log and Denvish hosted it so I think that it is ok.
