How to get Artifact 19?

I got all the weapon acheivements(excluding artifact 19), and yet, I didn't get Artifact 19. I got 1004 kills to see if a boss will give it to me, but nothing happened. Can someone help me?

You must get all the in-game weapon achievements, and to retain them you must die after getting them. You can use this guide as a reference.

After doing that start a new game and you should have a third weapon slot, that's where artifact 19 is.

You have to travel to the Woods of Forsaken Gods and play the Tumbling Wind song on your harp to make the wood-nymph appear.

He'll give you a key that opens the gate to the Fire Temple that holds the artifact inside a chest. Look online for a mp of the Fire Temple if you still need help.

Yeah, you have to travel to the sacred forest, but unlike what he said, you take a LEFT, then you play the harp to a tree sprite, or shoot her with a slingshot, she'll drop the key to the sacred chest.

From what I heard, you need to get every other achievement then it will already be in your inventory when you start your next game.

Ah, I wish I was smart enough to automatically know what you were talking about.

Just need to get the in-game achievements regarding the weapon kills, not necessarily all the ones that have to do with headshots, feetshots, etc. Be sure to die in the game to get the achievements, never quit to menu.

Just make sure that after you get any achievements and you want to quit, never quit to the menu because it doesn't save your achievement data properly, always let yourself be killed first.
