it's complicated. first, do you have flash? if yes, go here and learn how to use it. if not, then you need to get flash, or something else to make games with.

No-one is going to describe every detail of how to make a game like this, or post all the code for you to copy and paste to make it.
I am assuming you don't have Flash. I also assume that you don't know how to do anything in actionscript.
If you don't have Flash, flash is the program used to create it. If you do, then in order to make a game, you will need to know how to code in actionscript. If you do know how to code in actionscript, then you wouldn't have posted this thread.
If you want to seriously put the time into coding, then you will need to know about this thread (scroll to the bottom). Work your way through the tutorials until you understand enough to make your own games.
