Hey I'm new at Newgrounds. And I'm looking to get into the Audio Portal. And I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for some Music Creation Software. My budget is quite limited so if someone knows of a Cheap/Free MCS that'd be awesome. Thanks for the Help.

Well, 1st go and download the free Sony Acid Pro, then go get your self some free loops. And your pretty much set.

P.S.S These are not copyright loops so you wont get into any trouble. Don't listen to what other ppl say. I don't use them anymore because I am beyond that. lol
If you want something for free, you could always try Audacity, but it isn't very great for actually making music since it doesn't come with any sounds. If you're serious about making music, you might want to consider getting Reason or Fruity Loops.
