Today I received it, but it was different to the original. I did not think this mattered, but it doesn't seem to work. I have unplugged/replugged my tablet, rebooted my PC, changed the pen's battery and re-installed the software, all to no avail. Does anyone know how to get my pen a-workn'?

E-Mails Trust again. Tell them your problems, also tell them your model number of your tablet. That should help them find a pen for it.

Yea, tell them your model number, you probably got the wrong pen for the wrong tablet.

Usually they just send you a default one which should work with all of their models. However they are only human and can make mistakes.
