I'm in the middle of a video competition right now, and I am in close second. Tom posted a link to my video a recent post but I need more help from you guys!
If I win this video contest, I will be able to start building my home studio and continue working towards my career in video and multimedia. Basically, I'll be able to get some real cool shit I'll never get. Unfortunately, the contest is being held on youtube, so it's basically a popularity contest, and my competition is getting more votes than me.

$8000. Not in cash, but it's more of a budget... a shopping spree, if you will :p They'll let me go wild on video equipment, an editing station, and hopefully a brand new microphone so I can record studio quality from my home. It's very exciting.
Sadly, if I get second place, I get $750, which in regards to this kind of equipment, is pocket change. Ouch. Thank you for your efforts no matter what happens.

If you're angry and want to downvote, please downvote Alex, my top competitor who is in first. Hate to ask for people to do that, but he is clearly getting people to downvote me with multiple accounts. Why not return the favor? I think one should earn the winning spot, something that he has not done. You'll know what I mean if you watch his video.
