It's actually not illegal to smoke weed. It's illegal to possess it in any quantity, so having smoked it is basically damning evidence that you were breaking possession laws. That's the brilliant part of decriminalization of the stuff. As a resident of MA, up to an Oz. is a civil offense. On par with forgetting to put money in the meter. You lose your weed and your paraphernalia, and you owe Cousin Commonwealth a benjamin.
Uh, anyway. I'm probably gonna break the speed limit again in my life. It does happen, I don't care who you are.
I'm not really that willing to break most laws, now that I'm thinking about it. Kindof annoying that I have that seemingly arbitrary societal check on my existence... buuut, not really so much of an inhibiting factor in my life. So I live happily with it.
