If we're talking about Queen intros, I have a few.

Death on Two Legs
The Millionaire Waltz
Dragon Attack
Bijou
Dead on Time
Let Me Entertain You
Fight From the Inside
Good Company
Son and Daughter
The Night Comes Down
The March of the Black Queen
Flick of the Wrist

These all have good intros.
Are all those songs by Queen?!

Yes, but they're all not very well-known at all.

Some more-famous Queen songs with epic intros (my opinion, at least):

Somebody to Love
Under Pressure
Flash
Tie Your Mother Down
Princes of the Universe
Who Wants to Live Forever

Aside from Queen, I think the intro to "Dare" by Stan Bush is also great.

By the way, if nobody got that, it was a joke, but just in case you love that song The final countdown. Its actually more like a minute and a half rather than 20 seconds though

"Bail of Confusion" By The Temptations in Tropic Thunder. If it was a real War Movie, then it would suit it.

'Nam Songs + War Movie= Good.

Oh shit. Intros to songs, not to movies.

Oh shit again, It's 'Ball' of Confusion, not Bail. Fuck.

But it does have a good intro.

Along with, Crosstown Traffic, Gypsy Eyes, Castles Made of Sand and Are You Experienced? by Jimi Hendrix.

Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Heats Club Band (First one on the Album, not the one before 'Day In the Life') by the Beatles.

Space Intro by The Steve Miller Band (Fly Like An Eagle's Intro).

Yeah, it's great, but it's not epic in the same way as songs like 'Shine On You Crazy Diamond'

Lousy Reputation by We Are Scientists.

At first you'd think the song would be crappy thanks to the so-so guitar, but you will cream your pants when you hear the drum and bass, really awesome.

I always thought that "Frankenstien" By Edger Winter was epic. Also, "Mean Town Blues" by Johny Winter is epic to, the live one though.

Edger and Johny are related, they both look like zombies!

Wait, where the hell is my free lemur?!

It's one of the best ones ever, no question about that. Even better is the part where the epic orchestra stuff comes back in, before and during the "Second robber to the right of Christ..." Oh how I love that.

More songs:
- Ensiferum - Victory Song
- Moonsorrow - Jumalten Kaupunki / Tuhatvuotinen Perintö
- Moonsorrow - Sankaritarina
- Moonsorrow - Tulimyrsky
- Finntroll - Nedgång <- check out the video, it's also epic.

There's a fucking reason.

Anywhoo...

Stariway to heaven (just to get that one out of the way)
'Dancin' With Manson' or 'Little Tongues First' by Therapy?
Demon Cleaner by Kyuss
Carry on Wayward Son by Kansas... maybe?
Hotel California
Peaches En Regalia by Frank Zappa
Ace of Spades is pretty cool
Transdermal Celebration by Ween

Best ever? I'd say 'The Toys Go Winding Down' by Primus. The kick-in is immense.
