It depends on how much you want to spend and how much you want to travel. My suggestion since you will already be near the north end is:

Aquarium
Imax (right there)
North End Italian dinner
North End dessert shop (tons on that main street)
There is also Paul Revere's house in the North End

If you are willing to travel a bit take a look at:
Salem witch house
Peabody Museum
Plymouth Rock

I'm planing to take the train into the city, which from what I've read a bunch of other Mass users are also doing.

Um, I think we all need to do whatever we can to get in/out of the city.

From there I think we should all carpool together in one or two cars and at the end of the event everybody who was carpooling should just get dropped off right back in front of the Aquarium where the event started.

I don't have a license and i'm sure as hell not letting my friend whose driving me tag along all day, so I hope I can carpool throughout the coarse of the day(I promise I want break anything or leave a mess or something.

Wow I'm actually close to this one It would be cool if I can go. The other meet ups were always pretty far away from me but this one is in my state, I really hope i end up going to it!

its in july, right?.....thats really the only advantage i have at actually going. the disadvantages include the location, the fact im not an adult (im 14), and, getting. my mom thinks she should be there with me, but i said <sarcastic>"good idea!"</sarcastic>. uggghhh, im doomed. i'll never be able to go
