Doesn't stand out among any other FPS, but certainly just as good if not better than TF2, Halo, and COD.

The graphics are probably the best of any shooter, i would say the fast paced gameplay, as well as the balance of all the classes make this better than halo and COD for sure.

I can't help but feel that its graphics aren't THAT amazing, it just contains ridiculously OTT depth-of-vision effects.

i played it and i did not like the game play of it. if you ask me im sticking with halo 3, PS3 needs a better shooter than that.

How is it really any different than Halo 3 at all? Both games look great and claim that you can play the future of warfare on them. What is really the difference gameplay wise?

I never played Halo 3, but from my experiences with Combat Evolved (which I loved) and Halo 2 (which was eh) Halo's weapons seem better than that of Killzone's. There are also no vehicles to ride, apart from the EXO in the last mission.

you didn't miss much. it was hyped to be the ps2's halo killer but was just an adequate game at best. it was plagued by bugs galore, short story and little replay value.

Yeah Killzone 2 was great. its online is a bit faulty but nothing but a few fixes wont help. I just think that we got a lot nerds who just dont really like the game yet they have to call it crap and that it was the creators fault.

Overyhyped generic shooter with a bad cover system used only in Single Player.

Pick up Unreal Tournament 3 if you need a shooter on PS3. Or just get an Xbox.

It still looks totally badass to me. I've yet to play the game though.
