...that I've had since Monday, and it won't go away. I'm really concern about if I should go to a doctor or not. It like it's hurts hard to soft, hard to soft and it won't let up. I've taken a Tylenol and it just loosened up the headache. It won't go away. The left side of my head is aching like crazy.

What should I do? Doctor? Wait? Write a will?

Taking a steaming hot bath will get rid of it for a little while...

I wouldn't wait any longer. You should probably see a doctor over this matter. This may be another whole serious issue that you know nothing about. Nobody should have a headache that long, unless you have some sort of concussion you didn't realize you had?

Either way, I wouldn't put it off any longer. Get to a doctor as soon as you possibly can.

I had headaches for weeks before, that would go away for 5 minutes come back for an hour, go away for 5, come back, etc.
It was due to my depression, I went to a doctor, and they asked if I was depressed, I told them I was, and they said that's why.

Maybe you're depressed?

Holy shit, maybe I should. My folks say it's an sinus issue, but I've haven't had a problem like this that I realize. I'm scared now. How do you get a concussion.

That may be the reason. Thing aren't what they used to be for me. Should I still go to a doctor and see the problem?

Don't be scared. It's just a possibility and nothing more. Don't look into it too much until you see a professional about this matter.

As for getting a concussion, have you happened to hit your head hard on something at any point in time before you started having these headaches? Usually, a concussion is brought on when your head hit something with a little bit of force behind it.

Or maybe you do have allergies. It's really hard to say. There's so many possibilities as to what it could be, to be honest with you.

Not that I recall.

Yeah, there's tons, but there's been a lot of pollen for years and I've never had a headache.

Do you have a regular doctor? Sometimes just calling and talking to him/her or the nurse practioner at their office is a good idea.

Yeah, we do. A good friend of the family. I'll tell my dad to give him a call.

Are you drinking enough water? That's something else that could be causing it.

More than enough.

I guess we'll only know if I talk to a doctor.

Go to a doctor. Your brain may be expanding due to pressure. Or you may have a migraine, therefore you are receiving less oxygen than usual.
Go to the Doctor. They will sort it out!

Perhaps you should reach inside that head of yours, and pull that headache out!

My favorite singer/actor is Miley Cyrus. What are you going to do about it?

You could be dehydrated, which can cause headaches. Drink lots of water or Gatorade.

Get lots of sleep and drink lots of water.

Also, use headache relief pressure points! I GUARANTEE, Slappy, that unless it's something serious, they generally lessen the pain and clear your head. Then take a two-minute rest after massaging the points.

You could also try:
-heating up some slices of ginger in the microwave, then applying it to the forehead
-eating more fish (like salmon)
-eating spearmint (tea, gum, candy, ACTUAL spearmint leaves)
- hot baths

If this doesn't help, then you may wanna see a doctor. Get well soon!

Take it from me: See a doctor.
Get a CT scan, and describe your symptoms to the doctor. Do not say you have a "headache" or a "migraine." That will give them tunnel vision and will cloud their judgement. Describe your symptoms exactly, then ask if they'd rather the CT with contrast, or without contrast.

I've had an extreme chronic migraine, cluster headache, whatever it is for 13 months, and my CT came back clean, as they said. I have no idea what my next step is, but I'm going back for the 4th time this year to get a full panel done and to see a rheumatolagist.

Good luck with your stuff, never underestimate the medical industry, even though some of their employees can be assholes.

TL;DR you have a headache and it won't go away....I recommend a nice shovel to the face that way you'll pass out and if your lucky you'll go into a coma......and when you wake up from that coma the pain will be gone. Ding!

Well I'm going to the doctor later this week to see it. It doesn't hurt much now, I'm hoping it stays like that.

A persistent pain in your head is a sign of a tumor.

Ibuprofen works like a charm for me. I took tylenol once and it didn't do anything, then I took some ibuprofen and it went away in only a few minutes.

There's not much more I can add. I mean, everyone has already said for you to go to the doctor. But I gotta ask, what would make you think this headache would be normal? Obviously you would want to check out a doctor instead of asking Newgrounds what you should do, who will either say "Go kill yourself, that'll end your headache" or "Go to the doctor".

I can sympathize with you. I know what it's like to have a headache that lasts forever.

Yeah. The best option is obviously to contact a doctor. And schedule an appointment. If you leave it for too long who knows what could end up happening.

You may of left to long already D:

Speaking of headaches and concussions.

A week ago, I smacked my head in so hard, above my left eye, that I actually saw blue stars/sparkles for 2-3 seconds. I also couldn't see anything with my left eye for a few more seconds. It's a miracle that I didn't get a scar or anything at all.
