Take it from me: See a doctor.
Get a CT scan, and describe your symptoms to the doctor. Do not say you have a "headache" or a "migraine." That will give them tunnel vision and will cloud their judgement. Describe your symptoms exactly, then ask if they'd rather the CT with contrast, or without contrast.
I've had an extreme chronic migraine, cluster headache, whatever it is for 13 months, and my CT came back clean, as they said. I have no idea what my next step is, but I'm going back for the 4th time this year to get a full panel done and to see a rheumatolagist.
Good luck with your stuff, never underestimate the medical industry, even though some of their employees can be assholes.
