What Surgeries Have Been Done On U?

I just thought this may be an interesting thread as I would like to see how much suffering and stuff you guys have gone through but personally I haven't had any serious surgeries.

I had my appendix taken out at 12 and if it counts I had a few stitches on my head when I attemped a back flip at the age of 5 in Spain :p.

I had knee surgery when I was 15 because I tore my cartilage. That's pretty much it, barring a few instances where I needed stitches... although I wouldn't really class that as "surgery" per se.

When I was a baby, I fell and cracked open my eyebrow (somehow, I was so little I can't remember) and I almost had to have surgery, but I didn't. So no, I've never had surgery.

Surgery in uhh .. idk what is called, some kind of ball in your "upper leg", i was in "hard bandage" for 3 years almost, many stitches XD and on my elbow, because i fell from a roof( fell and fell) 10 stitches in front and 10 in back,.

Apparently some serious shit before I was one, after a heavy fall. Maybe even brain surgery, I don't remember.

I had some nasal polyps removed and I had some tube placed on my eardrum when I was in kindergarten.

Than I broke my arm at the age of 7, that made 2 operations, one to place the correction pins, one to remove them.

I had RSV when I was a few weeks old.
They did some crap to me, I'm cool, though.
And once, I got some toxic sand crap in my eyes, not beach sand, other crap, and I went to the hospital. They put this gross stuff in my eyes, I couldn't see, then I needed to put eye drops in my eyes, which made me not see anything.

when i was 6 or 7, a bad tag/teeter-toter accident happened.One person runs to the other side of the teeter-toter and i followed. my 2 front teeth were permanently put in to the teeter-toter.But my lip was in front of my teeth,so my lip had to go.Then i flipped backwards into the tree.
I also had i tooth pushed into the top of my mouth.So i had the tooth taken out of my skull,my lip re-Sowed on, and could only eat Popsicles for 2 months.

I had surgery on the roof of my mouth when I was 4. I fell off a ladder and onto a spike of wood, which stabbed into my mouth. Not nice.

I'm happy to say i had none too.
My brother seems to be the unlucky guy with that kind of stuff. Must be because he is such a careful guy , who always thinks before he does something. I'm more like a spontanous childish person and as we know, luck prefers drunks and children. So im double secure.

When I was 10, i broke my arm exactly 1 month after my twin brother, on the same day, same date (besides teh month obviously) and around teh same time (13 mins difference)

Only recently I had a tumor in my left testicle. Thanks to some kind of miracle they managed to save it. I thank the medical world for allowing me to continue my life with a complete pair.

As a child I also once swallowed a piece of glass. Don't ask me why, but it sure learned me never to do it again. In the hospital, my parents recall, it was discovered that half my guts were ruptured by this piece of glass. It took a full year for me to recover.

Last but not least I once broke my penis. It was the first time I ever had sex with a girl. Thing is, she wanted to do something 'daring', and all I can remember is that it involved a chair and a table. When I broke my penis, my vision went black and I woke up at the hospital. Ever since I have avoided having sex, even with my current girlfriend. I guess it won't take long for her to leave me.

Oh well, at least I have a lot of friends. I make them feel better about themselves. People are attracted by that.

Resulting from a 10 metre fall:
Fractured skull, various stitches; Fractured right arm (internal); Right groin tendon slid into hip joint on the split second my right leg was dislocated, tendon was crushed when the leg came back into place.
Resulting from a bad soccer injury on a concrete court:
Fractured right arm (internal); fractured jaw, few stiches.
Resulting from a rather complicated fall at a marina pier:
Fractured left arm (exposed); "slice"-type cut exposing the left knee.

All of these before the age of 9.

The most severe surgery is one i'm still considering, and probably will consider until i do it or until i die - scoliosis corrective surgery. Doctors and medical institutions come up with very convincing arguments, but people who have undergone the surgery are a lot more split on the matter.

Too bad I can't remember what it was for exactly. I think it was removing some sort of pus/something build up just above my groin.

Of course, the toast that I had at the hospital was the best toast that I have ever had.

That sounds nasty! I'm having surgery on my knees due to tearing my ligaments underneath both of my knees. Painful stuff!
