The up is that it has five freaking amazing games in it, which will keep you busy for months,
The downside is that not from personal experience, but I have heard that the PS3 version is glitched, and won't receive DLC like the Xbox 360 version SUPPOSEDLY will.
If you have a half decent PC, get that version instead - all the updates from Valve are there, with the extra weapons and achievements. Also, the Orange Box is only $30 over Steam.
Plus it's a PC, so you get Mouse + Keyboard control (which I personally think is better than a controller. Some others disagree though, but that's up to them).
Pros: 5 games, 1 box, reasonable price.
Cons: Glitchy, no updates whatsoever as of now, and probably forever.
You're better off going with the PC version if you're after updates and the likes.

Get it for PC. PS3 was ported by EA, glitches, and it just horrible in almost every way.
I had it for the PS3 and I didn't encounter any glitching, offline or on.
The only major con is the fact that the PS3 version of Team Fortress won't be updated as the PC version has been.
It's a perfectly valid option, but if you want to play online I'd suggest getting the PC.

That's pretty much all there is too it. That said, most games are better on PC anyways. In terms of console differences (PS3 vs. Xbox 360) they are pretty much the same. You just need to download the patch they released.
My PSN ID is xscoot. Crazy, huh?

That's still in the works? I thought they dropped that idea long ago. Hooray?
