Hey,
I lost a bet, and now I to get a tattoo on my neck. I'm not locked down on any designes, the only requirements are that it has to have "Kelly" written on the inside of a heart. Anyone want to come up with a deisgn for it? I'll post pix when I get it done.

If you don't want to have 'Kelly' written on your neck then there is a trick you could use.
Get 'Kelly' tattooed on your neck, show it to the person, then have a heart tattooed over it. Technically it will be a heart with 'Kelly' written inside it.
