I hate PCs so much, and for reasons like this: I delete a couple files, empty the recycle bin, and then it goes all like "Are you sure you want to delete windows?" And so i look in the recycle bin and there's nothing there >.< Screen taken from my recycle bin.

Windows wont allow it to proceed through such a task anyways, after the warning and you click yes. You will be stopped with a message saying that your not allow. Select files will do this upon attemping deletion.

It's a pretty well documented, very common, and very old windows error. On the brightside, it's not a serious one, and it won't break anything.
