Macs are just weird with their 'non-backdrops' and their 'oh you don't need your smooth button on the top there' attitude. Plus the internet's pretty lame on the uni macs, requiring me to reload to view stuff on Safari (I dunno how to make Firefox work on em.)

C'mon, Vista isn't that shit, it really just feels like an update of XP.... if you were smart and waited a year or so after it's release. Microsoft kind of has a problem now of releasing not-up-to-par products then fixing them up after a year or two.
